Kiddy LuksThese terms apply to the KL World membership and everything included in it.
By joining KL World or using anything included in it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't subscribe. KL World is operated by Kiddy Luks LTDA (CNPJ 61.355.201/0001-04), based in São Paulo, Brazil ("we", "us"). It is sold and delivered through the Whop platform. Your use of Whop is also subject to Whop's own terms.
1. What KL World is
KL World is a monthly membership for music producers. It may include:
- FL Studio project files (FLPs)
- Sound kits and starting templates
- The FLP Downgrader tool
- Type beat requests
- Placement opportunities
- A producer community
The content and features may change, grow or be reorganized over time.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Your membership is personal. You are responsible for your Whop account. Do not share your login, your access or downloaded files with anyone.
3. Price, billing and renewal
KL World costs US$ 10 per month, unless a different price or promotion is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
Your membership renews automatically every month on the same billing day until you cancel.
If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing date after that notice.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. License to use the content
Files you download from KL World are licensed to you, not sold. Their use is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). In short:
- The FLPs are royalty-free for your personal and independent releases.
- Placements with major artists, or songs passing 100,000 streams, require contacting us first for a 50/50 split and proper credits.
- Reselling or redistributing the files is never allowed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, upload or redistribute any KL World files, in original or lightly modified form.
- Share your account or access.
- Scrape or bulk-download content with automated tools.
- Harass other members, post spam, or post illegal or infringing content in the community.
- Use the FLP Downgrader or any other tool to break the law or to process files you don't have the right to use.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without refund for the current period.
7. Type beat requests and placement opportunities
Type beat requests are suggestions. We choose which requests to produce and when. FLPs made from requests are shared with all members and are not exclusive to the person who asked.
Placement opportunities are shared as they come. We don't guarantee any placement, selection, release, income or result.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks (including "Kiddy Luks" and "KL World"), designs and software belong to Kiddy Luks LTDA or its licensors. You receive only the rights described in these Terms and the EULA.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep KL World available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. It also depends on third parties such as Whop and Cloudflare.
We may update, add or remove content and features at any time.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
KL World is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you by email or inside KL World. Continuing to use KL World after the changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be handled by the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
