Kiddy LuksHow you may use the FLPs, kits, templates and tools you get from Kiddy Luks.
This EULA applies to every file you get from Kiddy Luks LTDA (CNPJ 61.355.201/0001-04): through the KL World membership, as an individual purchase, or as a free download. By downloading or using a file, you accept these terms.
The files are licensed, not sold. All ownership and copyright stay with Kiddy Luks LTDA.
1. FL Studio projects (FLPs): what you can do
You may use the FLPs and their contents (melodies, drums, arrangements and mix) to make your own music. You can:
- Study them and use them as a starting point
- Edit them
- Release songs made with them
This license is royalty-free for personal and independent releases. That includes streaming, downloads, YouTube, social media and live shows, with no fees owed to us.
2. Major placements and high-performing songs
You must contact us before releasing, or as soon as it happens, if a song made with one of our FLPs:
- is placed with, or released by, a major artist or a major label, or
- passes 100,000 streams on any platform.
In those cases the song requires a 50/50 split (producer share) and proper production credit for Kiddy Luks, agreed in writing.
This rule applies to all our FLPs, free ones included.
3. What you can't do
- Resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the files or their parts, as they are or lightly modified. This includes beat stores, sample sites, file-sharing sites and Discord servers.
- Sell or lease the beats inside the FLPs as your own beats with little or no change.
- Register the unchanged files or beats with Content ID or similar systems, or claim them as your original work.
- Remove credits or watermarks where they are included.
4. After you cancel
Files you downloaded while your KL World membership was active stay licensed to you under this EULA after you cancel. You won't get access to new content after cancelling.
5. Sound kits and templates
Sound kits and templates may come with their own license terms included with the kit, and those terms take priority.
If a kit has no specific terms, you may use its sounds royalty-free inside your own music. You may never redistribute, resell or repackage the sounds on their own, or as part of another kit or sample pack.
6. FLP Downgrader
The FLP Downgrader is licensed for your own use while you have access to it, through KL World or a separate purchase.
You may not copy, resell, share, reverse-engineer or build a competing service from it.
You may only use it on project files you have the right to use. It is provided "as is", and we recommend keeping a backup of your original files.
7. Third-party content
The FLPs use only stock FL Studio plugins. Some may keep MIDI or references to external plugins, which you need your own licenses to use. FL Studio and any third-party plugins are owned by their respective companies and are not included in this license.
8. Termination
If you break this EULA, your license ends automatically. You must then stop using and delete the affected files, and remove or take down any releases that break these terms.
