KIDDY LUKS' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kiddy Luks LLC (“Kiddy Luks,” "Company," "we," "us," "our") owns the website https://www.kiddyluks.com ("site"), selling products and services including, but not limited to, FLPs, courses, classes, drums, MIDI, samples, loops, and their respective visual assets (products).

These are the terms of business between you and Kiddy Luks for the site and any products you purchase from us. By using our site and/or purchasing a product, you accept and agree to these terms. PRODUCT TERMS

The following applies to ALL products:

  1. Kiddy Luks is the sole owner and creator of all products and retains the copyright for all products, excluding visuals from another party.

  2. You may not share or sell products to another party.

  3. You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, lend, rent, upload, distribute, or copyright products in any way.

  4. All products are digital downloads that you may possess indefinitely.

  5. Terms may vary depending on major or non-major releases. Please read the terms carefully.

  6. All rights not specifically granted to you are reserved.

The following applies to SPECIFIC products:

  • Courses

Kiddy Luks fully owns all content included in the online class.

Course videos must not be shared, sold, duplicated, uploaded, or distributed in any way to another party. Upon purchase, all courses are for the customer only, for the purpose of viewing and learning.

If a course video includes downloadable files such as FLPs, MIDI, audio files, or drums, their respective terms apply.

  • FLPs, Loops, Samples, and MIDI

Kiddy Luks fully owns all files included in these kits.

FOR MAJOR RELEASES: If a song or project you worked on using these files gets placed with a major artist or label, you must clear the use of the files with Kiddy Luks before the release of said song or project. Kiddy Luks is to receive a negotiated publishing royalty and must appear in the credits for the release. Please contact us at luksmadethis@gmail.com if this applies.

FOR NON-MAJOR RELEASES: These files are royalty-free for non-major releases. Upon purchasing a product, you may use the files in your own non-major commercial and noncommercial releases at no additional cost, provided Kiddy Luks appears in the credits for the release.

  • Drums

Kiddy Luks fully owns all files included in these kits.

These files are royalty-free. Upon purchasing a product, you may use the files in your own commercial and noncommercial releases at no additional cost.

  • Visuals

Visuals refer to any visual assets within the site or our products, including but not limited to graphic design, product images, pictures, GIFs, and videos.

Unless referring to visuals associated with a song or project release, artist/brand image, or the logo of another party, these visuals are created and owned by Kiddy Luks. You may not sell, duplicate, upload, distribute, or copyright these visuals in any way.

SITE TERMS

  • Refunds

Because all products are digital downloads, refunds will not be issued. View our Refund Policy.

  • Privacy

All personal information provided by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you agree to this policy.

  • Liability

The liability of Kiddy Luks to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid to the site for any products.

  • Updates

These terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice, and any changes made will be applicable to all site users from the date the update was made. The continued use of our site and its products constitutes the acceptance and agreement of any updates or changes.

  • Breach of Agreement

We will not hesitate to take legal action if any individual or company fails to adhere to the terms of this agreement. If you wish to report an individual who has breached these terms, please contact us. You agree not to attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with our site in any way. If any such attempts are made, you agree to pay all damages incurred to Kiddy Luks.

  • Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
